Join our team: we are hiring a retail butcher in Osage County, Missouri. You will work at a wholesale meat market. Day to day you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
