Requirements: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day On a typical shift you will set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
