Pot washer — Laurens County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in Laurens County, Georgia. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. You will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Part-time with flexible hours. We offer $250 per day plus benefits.
