Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Lake County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Lake County, Colorado. On a typical shift you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
