Your main tasks: • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates Ideal candidate: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
