You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required The role involves keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; season and marinate meat on request; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights.
