Requirements: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams The role involves take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; read lift plans and method statements before starting. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
