Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Montgomery County, Mississippi. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Meals and transport allowance provided.
