Fabricator-welder wanted in Saint Martin Parish

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Saint Martin Parish, Louisiana. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Day-to-day duties: • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator What we are looking for: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test Full-time with occasional weekends.
