What we are looking for: • Basic reading and number skills to handle addresses and cash • Physically fit to ride long hours and lift parcels up to 20 kg • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners Day-to-day duties: • Collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift • Capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset • Update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time • Load and balance parcels safely in the rear carrier box • Keep the delivery bag and box clean and hygienic for food orders Part-time with flexible hours.
