Urgent requirement: heavy equipment operator (Alabama)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Pickens County, Alabama. You will work at a stone quarry. On the job you will handle: • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment Ideal candidate: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
