Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Gonzales County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day to day you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough.
