We are recruiting: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Martin County, Texas. The job is at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame You should have: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
