Vacancy available: we are hiring a smash repairer in McNairy County, Tennessee. You will work in an insurance-approved repair centre. Day-to-day duties: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place Requirements: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
