We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete placer in Clinch County, Georgia. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet On a typical shift you will cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab.
