Immediate opening: we are hiring a body shop technician in Rock County, Wisconsin. The job is in a collision repair centre. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling Day-to-day duties: • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder We offer $180 per day plus benefits.
