Protective coatings painter wanted in Renville County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Renville County, North Dakota. The job is at a property maintenance company. The role involves strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers. What we are looking for: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $2,500 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
