Immediate opening: we are hiring a press shop operator in Anderson County, Tennessee. You will be based at a busy press shop. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg The role involves record output and downtime on the production sheet; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
