Urgent requirement: backhoe operator (California)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Kings County, California. You will be based at a road and highway construction project. On the job you will handle: • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels Requirements: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
