Concrete finisher — Crockett County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Crockett County, Tennessee. You should have: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods You will patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
