Ideal candidate: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Confident with standard crane hand signals Your main tasks: • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings 3+ years on the tools preferred. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
