Great opportunity: D6/D8 dozer operator (Indiana)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Noble County, Indiana. You will work on a dam or embankment job. On a typical shift you will clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals. Requirements: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
