Banquet server wanted in Mercer County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a banquet server in Mercer County, Illinois. Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Day-to-day duties: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery Six days a week, one day off.
