We are recruiting: we are hiring a machine assembly operator in Carroll County, Mississippi. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Punctual with reliable attendance • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts Day to day you will log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low.
