Vacancy available: reinforcement fitter (Kebbi State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Arewa Dandi, Kebbi State. You will work at a rebar fabrication workshop. Your main tasks: • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length What we are looking for: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
