Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry The role involves: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Part-time with flexible hours.
