Pot washer wanted in Gonzales County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Gonzales County, Texas. The job is at a banquet hall. On the job you will handle: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Six days a week, one day off.
