Now hiring: we are hiring a frame straightening technician in Garfield County, Washington. You will be based in a smash repair workshop. The role involves replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly. Ideal candidate: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines Rotating shifts.
