Now hiring: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Concordia Parish, Louisiana. Requirements: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level Day to day you will strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
