Powder coating line operator wanted in Pembrokeshire

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Pembrokeshire, Wales. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Day to day you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
