We are recruiting: coating plant operator (Minnesota)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Clearwater County, Minnesota. The role involves: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
