Paint and prep technician — Queen Anne's County

Now hiring: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Queen Anne's County, Maryland. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Able to read and match factory paint codes Your main tasks: • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
