Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Miller County, Georgia. Day to day you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
