Glass and glazing technician wanted in Lee County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a glass and glazing technician in Lee County, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film Requirements: • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools Part-time with flexible hours.
