What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Your main tasks: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Rotating shifts.
