We are recruiting: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Fairfax County, Virginia. The role involves: • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position Ideal candidate: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Can read work instructions and basic measurements Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. We offer $180 per day plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
