Immediate opening: we are hiring a building site helper in Reagan County, Texas. The job is with a civil contractor. On a typical shift you will erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean. What we are looking for: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
