Render and set plasterer • Blackburn with Darwen, England

We are recruiting: we are hiring a render and set plasterer in Blackburn with Darwen, England. The role involves dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency. What we are looking for: • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets 2+ years on the tools preferred.
