Now hiring: we are hiring a panel beater in San Juan County, Washington. On a typical shift you will pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
