Great opportunity: overlocker operator (Iowa)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Lucas County, Iowa. The job is at a knitwear stitching unit. Requirements: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line On the job you will handle: • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
