Back-of-house cleaner — Las Animas County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Las Animas County, Colorado. Day to day you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
