Join our team: we are hiring a cook in Nelson County, Kentucky. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen You will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch.
