Safety officer • Butts County, Georgia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a safety officer in Butts County, Georgia. You will work on a high-rise building project. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Your main tasks: • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
