Head baker wanted in Philadelphia County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a cake shop. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate Your main tasks: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
