Ideal candidate: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping On a typical shift you will record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer.
