Vacancy available: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Red Lake County, Minnesota. Your main tasks: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Full-time with occasional weekends.
