Great opportunity: production line inspector (Illinois)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a production line inspector in Monroe County, Illinois. The job is at a food processing unit. You should have: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing Day-to-day duties: • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line Rotating shifts.
