Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Pierce County, Nebraska. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • ITI in welder trade or equivalent Your main tasks: • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose Full-time with occasional weekends.
