Now hiring: we are hiring a smash repairer in Stone County, Arkansas. The job is in a smash repair workshop. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish Day to day you will measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Pay around $9,250 per project, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
