Vacancy available: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Randolph County, North Carolina. The job is at a container port. What we are looking for: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites On the job you will handle: • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
